Units can be viewed by calling Michael Brodie on 021 280 2879.

We have 7 open units to view by appointment.

You are welcome to either come and visit Tasman Village - we are more than happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have - or you can email or ring us and request an information package to be sent to you.

Do you offer independent living?

Yes, Tasman Village is an independent living community. We offer a safe and supportive environment for those who wish to maintain their independence while enjoying the benefits of communal living. While we don’t provide healthcare services, residents have access to a discounted St John medical alarm for added peace of mind.

Is there a waitlist to get in?

While we don’t maintain a formal waitlist, we do have a notification database. If you’d like, we can add your email so you're notified when a villa becomes available. You’re welcome to opt out of this service at any time.

Do you offer hospice care?

While we do not provide hospice care, Tasman Village is a welcoming body corporate community designed for independent living among like-minded residents. Our focus is on supporting a vibrant, communal lifestyle in a safe and respectful environment. Should hospice care be required, residents are welcome to make arrangements through external providers.
