Units can be viewed by calling Michael Brodie on 021 280 2879. We have 7 open units to view by appointment.

You are welcome to either come and visit Tasman Village - we are more than happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have - or you can email or ring us and request an information package to be sent to you. Yes, Tasman Village is an independent living community. We offer a safe and supportive environment for those who wish to maintain their independence while enjoying the benefits of communal living. While we don’t provide healthcare services, residents have access to a discounted St John medical alarm for added peace of mind.

While we don’t maintain a formal waitlist, we do have a notification database. If you’d like, we can add your email so you're notified when a villa becomes available. You’re welcome to opt out of this service at any time.

While we do not provide hospice care, Tasman Village is a welcoming body corporate community designed for independent living among like-minded residents. Our focus is on supporting a vibrant, communal lifestyle in a safe and respectful environment. Should hospice care be required, residents are welcome to make arrangements through external providers.
